FXBooth

FXBooth was a production company producing animated films using the Source Filmmaker. Casey worked for the company from 2013-2014, working on multiple projects for the company as a 3D Animator and Technical Engineer.

One of the biggest projects he worked on was the film Cloud Odyssey, which was a 20 minute-long film produced for Oracle, the Java Company. Casey's contributions to the project include modeling and technical help with porting stock models over to the Source engine. He was also an animator, working on touching up mocap and camera work, doing face posing and lipsync, and producing his own animations outright when necessary. Casey also provided ongoing technical support for the project with his immense knowledge of the Source Engine.

Casey also helped FXBooth produce a short trailer for the popular zombie shooter, Contagion. He helped produce 3D assets for the film, including the rigging and texturing for the zombie character, as well as props such as the bloody cloth Jessica uses to heal Larry. He also animated the cockroach in the beginning of the film, as well as some preliminary animations that went unused in the final picture. Again, Casey provided ongoing technical support for the project.

Helped port the asteroid and ship models to the Source Engine, as well as rigging for animation.
